myAQ is a small dating home. These are the rules for using it. Joining also means signing the waiver. They are not legal advice, and myAQ is not a law firm.
The beta is Illinois
Published profiles in this test live in Illinois. A person elsewhere can keep an account and a draft. They do not appear in Discover until the room is larger than this beta. Sample faces outside Illinois are not part of the test.
The family survey
You may give myAQ a few family emails. Each person gets one note with the qualities survey, and the note says you asked. Do not send a child's address. Do not use this to write to strangers. myAQ does not keep writing to them.
You must be 18
Accounts are for adults. Do not create one for a minor, and do not use one if you are under 18. A child does not belong on this site as a member, a photo, a name, a school, or a story a stranger can identify.
No background checks
myAQ does not conduct criminal background checks, identity checks, or screening of any kind. A profile is what a person typed. Meet in public. Trust slowly.
What this site is
A place for trans men who want a serious partner, and for people of any gender who want to date them as partners. It is not a fetish site, not a commercial-sex service, and not a place to recruit a co-parent from a stranger. Sample faces are labeled. They are not members.
What you may not do
Do not ask for a child's name, photo, school, or address. Do not deadname someone. Do not treat a trans man as a category or a surprise. Do not threaten, harass, or demand money. Do not post someone else's private household notes. Pass, block, and report when a person crosses a line.
Household is not a court record
The household notebook stays on your device. It is a private draft. It is not a certified record, not legal advice, and not a substitute for a lawyer or for a tool a judge has named.
Your account
You can unpublish your profile, download what myAQ keeps, and delete the account. Deletion removes the profile, the likes, the messages with you, and the sign-in. A safety report stays, without the email, so deleting an account does not erase a report of harm. Read the privacy notice for what is stored.
The limit of this page
These terms describe how myAQ is run. They do not make myAQ your lawyer, your investigator, or a guarantee that every member is safe. If you are in danger, call 911. Questions about a marriage, a name, or parenting time belong with a lawyer licensed where that life actually is.
