The long yes
Waiver
You sign this with your name before an account exists. Read every line. It is the long yes for using the room. It is not a lawyer's document, and it does not erase a right the law keeps.
- I am 18 or older. I am signing for myself.
- No child comes onto myAQ through me. No name, no photo, no school, no address.
- myAQ does not conduct criminal background checks. A profile is what a person typed. I will meet in public.
- I am here for a partner. A trans man is a man. I will not treat him as a fetish, a surprise, or a category.
- I will not deadname anyone.
- The beta is Illinois. If I do not live there, my profile stays a draft.
- Family emails are people who know me. I will not send the survey to a stranger or to a child.
- The household notebook stays on my device. It is a private draft, not a court record, and not legal advice.
- Sample faces are labeled. They are not members.
- The chicken page is a joke a few of us already knew. It is not a warning about the people here.
- I can download what myAQ keeps, and I can delete the account.
- myAQ is not my lawyer, not my investigator, and not a promise that every member is safe. If I am in danger, I call 911.
- This waiver does not erase a right the law keeps. It is the long yes for using the room. It is not a lawyer's document.
The rules of the room are also in the terms.
